Is a Registered Estate Agent No.807 and Valuer No.0127. Mr Dhlora has over 13 years of experience in real estate, covering all facets of the industry including property management, valuations, sales, finance, and auctioneering. Isaac started with Eagle Estate Agents (Pvt) Ltd from February 2003 to December 2009, then joined Concept Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd from 2010 to December 2012 before being employed by Southbay Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd from January 2013 to June 2016. Apart from the real estate qualifications, Isaac holds a Diploma in Financial Accounting from the Institute of Administration and Commerce. He is also pursuing a BA Hons in Business Studies majoring in Management.

is the property manager for Crystal Real Estate. She comes with a wealth of experience having worked extensively in the industry. She has worked for notable companies in the real estate namely Casplex Development Pvt Ltd ¸ Metropolitan Development and Crusader Real Estate.

 

Her experience covers  property management , property inspections ,rental reviews ,rental collections ,maintenance of the building, staff management , contract management ,liaising with tenants ,managing the director's personal ,bank accounts and home including pets and a fleet of vehicles and Vetting tenants.

Property management

Under this department, Crystal Real Estate will mainly focus on the following activities:

  • Management of residential houses in all areas i.e. high, middle and low density areas
  • Management of commercial properties i.e. offices, retail buildings, industrial properties
  • Management of levy blocks – this involves day to day running of individual blocks of flats on behalf of the owners’ association i.e. this involves but not limited to: collection of monthly levies, prepare monthly income and expenditure statements, make such payments as directed by the association
  • Letting mandates – this entails advertising and selection of tenants for vacant properties, prepare lease agreements and handover the day to day management of the properties to owners.

Furthermore, as part of the above work we also do the following rent collection, disbursement and accounting; property audit i.e. lease, space, rentals etc; lease management; property maintenance; 

Property sales

This platform is resourced by capable and honest people. Property sales focus mainly on the following areas:

  • Residential properties – this involves the sale of residential stands and buildings. properties(complete/incomplete) in all areas i.e. high, middle, and low-density properties
  • Commercial/Industrial properties – these are rarely on the market and often take intensive advertising to finally sell them. The sales focus also comprises stands, partially built or complete properties.

Property Auctioneering

We have established lifelong beneficial relationships with the Sheriff of the High Court of Zimbabwe and be able to be favoured with instructions to handle immovable property auctions on behalf of the Sheriff in different areas of Zimbabwe.

According to the RBZ and ZAMCO reports, at the present moment there is a high rate of non-performing loans/defaults leading to such cases spilling to the courts and as part of settlement, attachment of property ensues. 

Property Valuations

We have worked hard to establish ourselves as one of the best valuation firms around the country through the provision of thorough well-polished and researched valuation reports.

Furthermore, we expect to capitalize on creating synergies with fellow estate agents/valuers for easier access to comparable information that leads to the conclusion of open market values/forced sale values/gross replacement costs and depreciated cost values. We would like to have a research and development department undervaluations to assist in engaging with potential clients both in the business world and as individuals.

  • Immovable asset valuations in form of: commercial(office towers/retail buildings/offices), residential(high/low and medium densities) and industrial buildings(factory/manufacturing warehouses and offices)
